Pierwsza publikacja W Poszukiwaniu Szczęścia powstała jesienią 2009 r. Stanowi ona zbiór tekstów na temat szczęścia napisanych przez uczestniczących w projekcie artystów, teksty krytyczne napisane przez zaporszonych do projektu teoretyków oraz reprodukcje fotograficzne prac artystów uczestniczących w przedsięwizięciu i krótkie wyjaśnienie założeń projektu.
The first edition of The Pursuit of Happiness Project publication has been launched during This Is Not A Gateway Festival in October 2009. This modest book incorporates introduction to the Project, the artists' proposals for the forthcoming exhibition and critical and creative writings exploring happiness.
Publikacja powstała na potrzeby Launchu odbywającego się w Londynie pod koniec października 2009 roku. Za oprawę graficzną i zaprojektowanie układu publikacji odpowiedzialan jest młoda firma z Poznania - Projektovnia.
The publication was designed by a young design studio - Projektovnia from Poznan.
Wystawie w Poznaniu w Maju 2010 towarzyszyć będzie nowa, dwujęzyczna publikacja zawierająca nowe, specjalnie napisane na tę okazję teksty oraz fotograficzną dokumentację wystawy. Wydawną nowej, dwujęzcznej publikacji będzie Galeria Miejska Arsneał w Poznaniu.
The second edition of The Pursuit of Happiness/W Poszukiwaniu Szczęścia publication will be a bilingual catalogue published by the Arsenał Gallery to coincide with the May's show. This publication will include photo documentation from the exhibition and new critical texts.

Marialaura Ghidini (urodzona w 1980 we Włoszech) jest niezależną kuratorką mieszkającą w Londynie. W 2008 uzyskała tytuł magistra w dziedzinie krytyki sztuki i kuratorstwa na Chelsea College of Art and Design. Wraz z Gaią Tedone jest współzałożycielką 'Ping Pong'-a, projektu kuratorskiego, w ramach którego organizują pokazy wideo artu i filmów artystycznych. Ich dotychczasowe inicjatywy to "Back and Forth. And all over again" ("W tam i spowrotem. I jeszcze raz od nowa") oraz "Screen-play" w londyńskiej James Taylor Gallery. Marialaura pracuje również nad internetową witryną or-bits.com oraz współpracuje z internetowym magazynem "domusweb". Pozostałe projekty kuratorki to między innymi pokaz wideo artu 'Brilliant Noise' w Tate Britain, Londyn (2008) oraz wydarzenie 'Cocktail' w galerii w Wimbledon, London (2008).
Marialaura Ghidini (b. 1980, Italy) is an independent curator based in London. She obtained her MA in Critical Writing and Curatorial Practice at Chelsea College of Art and Design in 2008. Recently she co-funded with Gaia Tedone 'Ping Pong', a curatorial double act that organizes video and film programmes, such as 'Back and Forth. And all over again' and 'Screen-play' at the James Taylor Gallery (London, 2009). She writes for the online magazine domusweb and is currently working on developing the web project or-bits.com. Past projects are the group exhibitions 'shot-countershot' and 'in and out of synch' at Chelsea College of Art and Design (London, 2008), the co-curated video screening 'Brilliant Noise' at Tate Britain, (2008) and the art event 'Cocktail' at the gallery at Wimbledon, London (2008).
Adam Goodwin (ur. w 1985) studiował historię ze specjalizacją w historii społecznej. Był organizatorem licznych wydarzeń w Manchesterze, łączących muzykę i sztukę. Obecnie mieszka w Londynie i zajmuje sie pisaniem tekstów krytycznych. Adam pracuje również nad książką dotyczącą debaty społecznej, która będzie zbiorem krótkich historii.
Adam Goodwin (b.1985) graduated from university in History, specialising in social history. After organising a number of events combining music and art in Manchester he moved to London to pursue a career in the creative arts whilst focusing on critical writing. He is currently writing a book on social discourse and compiling a publication of short stories.
Kristina Junttila jest artystką performance mieszkającą w Norwegii i Finlandii. Uzyskała tytuł magistra w dziedzinie live art oraz licencjat z wiedzy o teatrze na Akademii Teatralnej w Helsinkach. W 2005 roku uczestniczyła w programie wymiany studenckiej w Dartington College of Arts w Anglii. Tekst, który opublikowała dla projektu W Poszukiwaniu Szczęścia powstał podczas projektu performance zrealizowanego przez artystkę w domu spokojnej starości.
Kristina Junttila is a performance artist based in Norway and Finland. She recently obtained her MA in Live Art and Theory at the Theatre Academy in Helsinki, Finland. In 2006 she received a BA Degree in Contemporary Theatre at that institution. In 2005 she was studying at the Dartington College of Arts, as an exchange student. For The Pursuit of Happiness project she proposed a text created during her performance project implemented at the old people’s home.
Wood Roberdeau (urodzony w 1977 w Dallas w Stanach Zjednoczonych) jest pisarzem i pracownikiem akademickim. Ukończył studia magisterskie w dziedzinie sztuki współczesnej w Sotheby's Institute of Art oraz uzyskał doktorat z kultury wizualnej na Goldsmiths College, University of London, gzie obecnie pracuje jako wykładowca historii sztuki. W swojej pracy naukowej Wood zajmuje się sztuką współczesną i teorią sztuki z naciskiem na odnawianie się neo-awangardy, idee socjologiczne codzienności, relację pomiędzy estetyką i polityką oraz wzorce poetyczności.
Wood Roberdeau (b. 1977 Dallas, Texas, USA) is a writer and scholar based in London. He holds an MA in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art and a PhD in Visual Cultures from Goldsmiths College, University of London, where he currently teaches on the undergraduate Art History programme. His research interests include contemporary art and theory with particular emphasis on the remobilisation of the neo-avant-garde, sociological concepts of the quotidian, aesthetics/politics, and models of the poetic.
Roy Smith mieszka w Medway Towns w Anglii, gdzie pracuje z młodzieżą i pisze teksty. Ukończył Literaturę Angielską na University of Kent oraz Edukację Społeczną na YMCA George Williams College. Większość jego tekstów powstaje nocą i podczas innych "niewygodnych" momentów, kiedy jest rozpraszany przez swojego psa i chęć grania w stare gry wideo.
Roy Smith lives in the Medway Towns in England, where he works with young people and spends a lot of time writing nonsense and enjoying himself. He studied English Literature at the University of Kent and Informal and Community Education at the YMCA George Williams College. Most of his writing happens at night and other inconvenient moments, when he is regularly interrupted by his dog and the desire to play old video games. 'Happiness is a cup of coffee at the right time and the way sunlight flickers on a cresting wave; it surrounds us like an invisible breeze.' He says.
